About Beverly and Marshall Fleischman

Beverly and Marshall Fleischman, Winnetka residents for 33 years, were born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Senn High School. Married since 1960, they have twin attorney sons in Florida and a married daughter who lives in Wilmette, plus seven grandchildren. Beverly attended the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and received her BA in Education from National-Louis University. Marshall received his BS in Political Science from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from DePaul University Law School.

 

Beverly was first into real estate, starting in 1980 as a Realtor with Century 21 in Glencoe. In addition to being one of the top producers in her office, she was trained in relocation, working with clients from all over the world. In 1988, she joined Cyrus Realtors, and in 1997 Cyrus became part of the Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Marshall practiced law in Chicago for 26 years before joining Beverly in real estate sales in October 1992. Since that time they have worked together as a real estate team, selling over 800+ North Shore homes, totaling $350,000,000+ in sales. Their consistent sales record has placed Beverly and Marshall in the top 1% of real estate agents internationally.

 

Beverly's hobbies include oil painting, playing tennis, and singing barbershop with the North Shore Harmonizers.  She belongs to two book clubs and has memberships with the Wilmette Art Guild and North Shore Art League. Her oil paintings may be viewed at various local exhibits.

 

Both she and Marshall enjoy golf and exercising at the Winnetka Fitness Center.
